7.7 Disclaimer
Parents expressly agree that:
- (a) use of a Sitter listed on the Site is at the Parents Sole Risk;
- (b) before engaging a Sitter, Parents agree to make their own investigations regarding the suitability (or otherwise) of any particular Sitter listed on the Site;
- (c) Parents agree that they will verify the identity and residential address of the Sitter and ensure that the environment where the Sitter proposes to mind their Child is safe;
- (d) Parents consent to their contact details being provided to the Sitter;
- (e) Parents agree to contract directly with the Sitter;
- (f) the Site Owner does not warrant that any of the Sitters listed on the Site will be suitable to mind any Parents child.
- (g) Parents warrant that they have conducted their own background checks and have satisfied themselves that their child will be safe with the Sitter that they have selected.
